Since then, it has established itself on the market for its suppport and customer oriented problem solving, constantly looking for inovating technologies and bringing competitive advantages for its customers.
With sales and technical departments, Caltronic offers a complete solution from purchase to service. Our sales department has technical knowledge, fundamental for the type of market were diferent configurations are made for similar applications. Our technical department has 02 electronical engineers, one of which who is also a Physicisct, that are specialized in Industrial Automation. These engineers are responsable for the training of their technicians staff assuring that Caltronic will always have an updated department.
With headquartes located in São Paulo, Caltronic is located in the center of Brazil´s printing industry with easy access to factories in the São Paulo metropolitan area.
This location has also a logistic advantage, as São Paulo´s airports, both international (Guarulhos Intl. Airport – Cumbica) and domestic (São Paulo´s Congonhas airpot) are close to our headquartes, allowing our personel to reach all factories in Brazil and South America rapdly.

Instalations: With our engineers and technicinas we can install and/or give support for the propper instalaion of our partners machines and equipments. With high quality standards, Caltronic ensures its installation services, assuring that all safety and performance procedures are met.
Comissioning: With special training methods, allowing the operators to extract all the possible resourses and thus increasing the productivity and overall satisfaction. Technical personel on the plant is also instructed.
Maintanance / Customer Support: Caltronic´s success is based on this vital feature. We are service specialist, and our customers trust Caltronic to locate and solve whichever problem, including sometimes process problems that does not involve the machines/equipments we perform service on. With a strong technical knowledge Caltronic allows the end user to fell safe as its machines and equipments under our watch will always have a fast and efficient local support when needed, with possibilities of remote support or service visits.
Special Projects: Our experience allows us to search for special projects, looking for machines and equipments that will be custom made to met our customers needs and expectations.
In order to provide the necessary service and support Caltronic ownes a 110m² office, including a special laboratory for analysis and maintance.
Caltronic also has a spare parts stock, for both sales and service. This feature was incorporated to our structure so local spares can be provided with speed, avoiding long delays in customs that would lead to machine down time.
